4 more days...

Only 4 more days until my birthday and I didn't realize it until today. This pregnancy has made some major turns and it is all I think about. I guess that is why I am still not finished Christmas shopping... I have stretch marks, I can't sleep, I pee ALL OF THE TIME. I know, I know...part of it. I guess I thought since it hadn't happened yet, it wasn't going to. HA! Oh, how could I forget... I have my first sore throat/coughing cold. I almost pee my pants with all the coughing, it is quite funny at times.
I really almost peed my pants earlier today. Aaron drinks out of the sink to take his vitamins/tylenol/gas-x...whatever. (I tell him it is gross, but he does it anyway.) He was doing it earlier and I thought I would goose him. I had been using HOT water right before... He always drinks without checking the water first, I feel bad...but check the water and you won't burn your mouth!!!! Anyway--- when I goose him he jumps, forcing his mouth full of hot water. I thought he hit his teeth on the faucet at first. When I realized he was okay, I was rolling in laughter. You see, he used to scare me/make me jump all the time. I have never got him that good. Then I had to cross my legs and run to sit down. It was quite funny if you were there. :)
We had a great weekend. We had Christmas with my daddy and his girlfriend's family. I thought she was going to become a fiance' this past weekend, but no such luck. Dad isn't sure what ring to get, I got my hopes up and everyone else's. I give up, I will wait until he does it and stop bugging him. :) I have lots of pictures on my Flickr from the weekend.
We also had Christmas with my dad's family. It was so much fun, I ate too much! It is always so much fun at this gathering. Big family with lots of kids. :) (and good food)
We made our last stop at my aunt's house on my mom's side. There was good food there too, but I ate before I got there. I did have a few plates of dessert...4 layer cream cheese, chocolate, whip cream with crunchy/nutty crust. Oh my goodness, it was so good. :) Lots of kids, fun, good food and love at this gathering for sure! Pictures from this event on flickr as well.
I think that about sums up my latest news. The belly is getting much bigger. I don't see how she can still move like she does. Mom is coming Thursday and I can't wait! We are going to have our first Christmas together at my house. :) Merry Christmas to all!

I have thought and thought about what to do to help my best friend's mom. She has lung cancer and is going through chemo and radiation. This has been affecting my mom and me in a way I can't describe. This woman has been a part of my life since I can remember...she is so loving & caring. She would give you the shirt off her back. She has to drive 2 hours M-F to have treatment. Her prescriptions are expensive and she can only be allowed so many sick days. Ginger is helping me by putting the button on my sidebar so anyone can go and make a donation. Any amount is greatly appreciated. Please continue to pray for her. Thank you very much.

This is the first time I saw Kelly. Aaron and I were asked to be God parents and feel so special about it. Aaron has known his mom, Katy since grade school. Alan, her husband and Aaron love to hunt together. They are so much fun and the best friends ever! They sat us down and talked to us about being God parents, it was so touching. He is 3 weeks old now. We love y'all! Posted by Picasa

Sick

I thought I would take a break from Christmas cards so I came to my blog. I decided to click on next blog and see what I would find...
I have never seen something so sick in all of my life. My stomach is still hurting. I knew that sick people did things to children, but never saw it with my own eyes. My heart breaks for these children/babies. I pray to god that he will help me erase it from my memory. Can that blog not be investigated? The only way I can sleep tonight is knowing each and every one of those people will go to Hell. Beware when you click on next blog...you never know what you might see. God bless you all, I am turning my computer off now.

Dear loved ones,

As you well know, we are getting closer to my birthday. Every year there is a celebration in my honor and I think that this year the celebration will be repeated. During this time there are many people shopping for gifts, there are many radio announcements, TV commercials, and in every part of the world everyone is talking that my birthday is getting closer and closer. It is really very nice to know, that at least once a year some people think of me. As you know, the celebration of my birthday began many years ago. At first people seemed to understand and be thankful of all that I did for them, but in these times, no one seems to know the reason for the celebration. Family and friends get together and have a lot of fun, but they don't know the meaning of the celebration.
Remember last year there was a great feast in my honor. The dinner table was full of delicious foods, pastries, fruits, assorted nuts and chocolates. The decorations were exquisite and there were many, many beautifully wrapped gifts. But, do you want to know something? I wasn't invited. I was the guest of honor and they didn't remember to send me an invitation. The party was for me, but when that great day came, I was left outside, they closed the door in my face...and I wanted to be with them and share their table.
In truth, that didn't surprise me because in the last few years all close their doors to me. Since I wasn't invited, I decided to enter the party without making any noise. I went in and stood in a corner. They were all drinking; there were some who were drunk and telling jokes and laughing at everything. They were having a grand time. To top it all, this big man all dressed in red wearing a long white beard entered the room yelling Ho-Ho-Ho! He seemed drunk. He sat on the sofa and all the children ran to him, saying: "Santa Clause, Santa Clause"...as if the party were in his honor! At midnight all the people began to hug each other. I extended my arms waiting for someone to hug me and, do you know, no one hugged me. Suddenly they all began to share gifts. They opened them one by one with great expectation. When all had been opened, I looked to see if maybe, there was one for me.
What would you feel like if on your birthday everybody shared gifts and you did not get one? I then understood that I was unwanted at that party and quietly left. Every year it gets worse. People only remember to eat and drink, the gifts, the parties and nobody remembers me.
I would like this Christmas for you to allow me to enter into your life. I would like that you recognize the fact that almost two thousand years ago I came to this world to give my life for you, on the cross, to save you. Today, I only want you to believe this with all your heart.
I want to share something with you. As many didn't invite me to their party, I will have my own celebration, a grandiose party that no one has ever imagined, a spectacular party. I'm still making the final arrangements. Today I am sending out many invitations and there is an invitation for you. I want to know if you wish to attend and I will make a reservation for you and write your name with golden letters in my great guest book. Only those on the guest list will be invited to the party. Those who don't answer the invite, will be left outside. Be prepared because when all is ready you will be part of my great party.
See you soon. I Love you!
Jesus

Thanks for the email Melanie. ;)

Just Like Heaven

We went to see Just Like Heaven tonight. It was great, I loved it! I really like Reese Witherspoon too.
I realized something about myself tonight. People really piss me off when we go to the movies. I think they always have, I just really notice it now. I caught myself thinking of my last movie experience tonight before we decided to go.
We usually try to sit in the middle of the isle, close to the top. Which is what we did last time, when we saw 40 y.o. virgin. Not only did a few people talk through the movie, cell phones rang. Hello people!!!!! Turn them off, vibrate works just fine!!! This one lady had a loud annoying laugh. (we will let that one slide, the movie was funny) Then----there were 2 girls sitting behind us, one of them started tapping her foot. She kept doing it, louder and louder. I even turned and looked at her, like "could you stop tapping your foot?" She kept doing it. I looked over at Aaron and told him I was just about to loose it. I wanted to pour my drink on her, I was so pissed and she knew it. That's when the newly found mothering skills took over. I calmly told myself she was immature, and to let it go. I did it, I ignored her foot tapping for the rest of the movie! I do have patience too, I promise. (She tapped for a long time)
So, tonight we sat at the very top. No one could sit behind us and bump our chair. (that's another story) No one could tap their feet behind us. No cell phones rang... About half way through the movie, this young girl with her parents seemed to be getting bored. She was sitting 5 seats down from me. She starts bouncing back and forth in her chair and huffing and puffing. She is just so bored. No big deal right? I get bored easily too, that's why I notice all of these annoying things people do!!!! Well, her chair squeaked really loudly every time she bounced!!!!!!!! Oh, I wanted to scream. I thought to myself, "it is just not meant for me to enjoy a whole movie." I ended up ignoring her too eventually, and crying over the movie. It was such a good movie. I think this is why I like to rent movies at home!!!
