sometimes we have bad days...

It seems that I should not post being so sad, but that is what this is for, right? So, Brett has Cystic Fibrosis. We found out about 8 months ago and tomorrow I am going to the "C.F. Family Day." How exciting! Everyone close to me either has to work or can't come and that's fine, I am a big girl. I just never in a million years imagined I would be "that mom" going through this. But who does? So many things go through my head all of the time... How can people hold a grudge about stupid petty things? Or--- Why are they being so rude? Or---- They just don't realize how easy they have it... And then God brings it all into perspective for me. At least I have my baby here with me at this very moment...both of them. I love them more than anything in this world. I think about the children and families I have seen and met throughout my life and realize just how blessed I am. Lord, please give me the strength to take in all of the beneficial information I will receive this Saturday. And God, please give the Dr.'s the knowledge to cure Cystic Fibrosis and Cancer and all of the other horrible diseases! Better yet, come on home and take us to Heaven! I'm ready. Are you?

Praying for you parents...maybe you will see the light...before it's too late.

For the life of me I can't understand these parents that let their child rule the roost. I just do not get it. You don't have to let your 6 year old get a cell phone just because their friends have one. And you don't have to let them talk to you with such disrespect. Consistency in parenting is a FULL time job. You parents are creating monsters! These little ones are our future. Teach them MANNERS, RESPECT & KINDNESS!!!!!! You don't have to let them have EVERY little thing they want. Reward good behavior yes, but not disrespect. I am just a hair away from writing a letter to the editor of our local newspaper. We are working out tail off to raise respectful, kind, loving children. I wish the rest of the town was...

Life is great! Aaron started at Georgia Pacific 2 weeks ago and we are so proud. :) Brynn started pre-k, dance, gymnastics and awana 2 weeks ago! I am taking two classes, in attempt to get my masters in teaching p-4...one day. And I am substitute teaching, when I can. We are very busy!! I am in a dark hole and I hate it here. I recognize the feelings, the same as after I had Brynn. Why? I am such a happy person. I have no reason to feel this way. I had the best weekend with Aaron on our 6 year anniversary and a fabulous Mother's Day weekend before that. I am so blessed.
God please help me. I do not want to get on any medication, I want to do it on my own! Why am I so hard headed? I just need to vent. Don't want mercy, just prayers. I'll be fine, just having a hard few days.

So, I finally remembered my password...again. I had the best weekend with my precious Brynn Harper. She turned 3 yesterday. :) I have got to blog more, I miss and love it!

So, what's really been going on...
I go to the Dr. this Friday to "get checked." More than likely I will have a c-section on the 17th. I really wanted to try to have him, but after the serious trouble I had having Brynn the Dr. doesn't think that's a good idea. Whatever is the most safe for he and I. :)

I feel so blessed to have all of my family and friends. I have really realized a lot about life and friendships now that I am 30. Wow...30. That doesn't sound right...but I have welcomed it! :)

Thank you to all of you special people in my life. The considerate ones who think of others besides yourself... The ones that love me for me... You know who you are and I love you! :)

June is almost gone...

So, since my computer has a virus and I can hardly get on myspace anymore...
I like my blog better anyway. No moods, or updates or bulletins or crazy people wanting you to add them. Anyway---
We live in Florida now and we love it! I am really getting homesick now though. Not wanting to move back, just wanting to visit with my family and friends. We do have some wonderful visitors coming this way next week, so that will be great! :) We have a condo on the beach and that is the best...
Brynn Harper is 2 and a half years old. I can not fathom that. She is the most beautiful, precious, hard headed child I know. I have no idea where she gets that either. :) I cherish our Fridays together.
I love my job and I'm pretty sure Aaron loves his too. He gets to be at home, chillin', getting paid if he isn't called out. He is a leak technician, repairing leaks at mills and plants in big pipes. Some have hot steam, some have water and some have some serious acid in them that is very dangerous. :( Got to be safe!
So, I work for and with some awesome people! I am a dental assistant for a fabulous dentist in Pensacola. I learn so much every day...very different from assisting at a pediatric office. I don't have to look forward to the screaming children every day! :) But I did love it, they didn't scream all the time.
It's great to be back. Oh yeah, I'm pregnant! :) Yaay! We were not planning this...

I have been so busy with Make A Wish lately. I love it!
We lost our dogs yesterday. I let them out of the pen for playtime and they are gone! I am so worried about them.
The circus was today and Brynn Harper loved it!! I am so tired...

Well, I decided to update tonight. I have really missed blogging here. It used to be a daily thing for me. I changed my password and will probably be blogging more often now.
Things are great here...not ready for Christmas yet. :)
