Picture overload!

Life is great! Aaron started at Georgia Pacific 2 weeks ago and we are so proud. :) Brynn started pre-k, dance, gymnastics and awana 2 weeks ago! I am taking two classes, in attempt to get my masters in teaching p-4...one day. And I am substitute teaching, when I can. We are very busy!! Look me up on Facebook and I have tons more pictures there. :)

Who knows how much I will get typed before one of my darlings wake up...
I am in a dark hole and I hate it here. I recognize the feelings, the same as after I had Brynn. Why? I am such a happy person. I have no reason to feel this way. I had the best weekend with Aaron on our 6 year anniversary and a fabulous Mother's Day weekend before that. I am so blessed.
God please help me. I do not want to get on any medication, I want to do it on my own! Why am I so hard headed? I just need to vent. Don't want mercy, just prayers. I'll be fine, just having a hard few days.

Another update...don't hold your breath. :)

So, I finally remembered my password...again. I had the best weekend with my precious Brynn Harper. She turned 3 yesterday. :) I have got to blog more, I miss and love it!

So, what's really been going on...
I go to the Dr. this Friday to "get checked." More than likely I will have a c-section on the 17th. I really wanted to try to have him, but after the serious trouble I had having Brynn the Dr. doesn't think that's a good idea. Whatever is the most safe for he and I. :)

I feel so blessed to have all of my family and friends. I have really realized a lot about life and friendships now that I am 30. Wow...30. That doesn't sound right...but I have welcomed it! :)

Thank you to all of you special people in my life. The considerate ones who think of others besides yourself... The ones that love me for me... You know who you are and I love you! :)

June 25, 2008

June is almost gone...

So, since my computer has a virus and I can hardly get on myspace anymore...
I like my blog better anyway. No moods, or updates or bulletins or crazy people wanting you to add them. Anyway---
We live in Florida now and we love it! I am really getting homesick now though. Not wanting to move back, just wanting to visit with my family and friends. We do have some wonderful visitors coming this way next week, so that will be great! :) We have a condo on the beach and that is the best...
Brynn Harper is 2 and a half years old. I can not fathom that. She is the most beautiful, precious, hard headed child I know. I have no idea where she gets that either. :) I cherish our Fridays together.
I love my job and I'm pretty sure Aaron loves his too. He gets to be at home, chillin', getting paid if he isn't called out. He is a leak technician, repairing leaks at mills and plants in big pipes. Some have hot steam, some have water and some have some serious acid in them that is very dangerous. :( Got to be safe!
So, I work for and with some awesome people! I am a dental assistant for a fabulous dentist in Pensacola. I learn so much every day...very different from assisting at a pediatric office. I don't have to look forward to the screaming children every day! :) But I did love it, they didn't scream all the time.
It's great to be back. Oh yeah, I'm pregnant! :) Yaay! We were not planning this...

April 1, 2008

April is here. :)

Here is our latest family photo. I guess this was taken 2 months ago...? I really need to make it a habit to blog more here. I check my email and myspace everyday, why not blog?
I have been so busy with Make A Wish lately. I love it!
We lost our dogs yesterday. I let them out of the pen for playtime and they are gone! I am so worried about them.
The circus was today and Brynn Harper loved it!! I am so tired...

December 3, 2007

Well, I decided to update tonight. I have really missed blogging here. It used to be a daily thing for me. I changed my password and will probably be blogging more often now.
Things are great here...not ready for Christmas yet. :)
The first picture is of Brynn Harper and I at a fashion show she was in. She was supposed to go out by herself... I grabbed her blankie from her just as we walked out. :)

This is an older picture of her, but I love it. She is growing so fast. :)

Staci and Jeanne at our 10 year reunion. Beautiful girls.

Me and Jenn being silly on the way to Wal-Mart. ;)

Best Friends. :)

I hope everyone has a very Merry Christmas. Hopefully I will post again before Christmas is here. I will be doing Christmas cards this year. :)

Hello Blogger!!!

I think my precious Brynn Harper has changed so much even since this picture. Time really does fly. I have missed my blog so much. I had forgotten my password, but finally remembered it.
Our life has been going wonderful. I really miss Jonesboro and everyone there, but we are content here. It has really been an adjustment for me. Leaving here right after high school, moving home once and then back home now. If we didn't have Brynn I don't think we would be here. She just brings so much joy to everyone and it warms my heart so.
Pollyanna had her precious baby Thursday Aug. 2. Sylviann "Sylvi" Estelle, after 2 wonderful ladies. One whom I got to spend a lot of special time with. Who I know is smiling down from Heaven. Sylvi is the most adorable baby. I am so happy for Polly and Brian. Their lives will never be the same...in such a wonderful way. :)
I finished my pre-requisites for nursing school and will attempt that next August. I had planned to do it this month, but realized I wasn't ready yet. Being a stay at home mom has been very challenging for me. I LOVE being home with my girl and will cherish this time forever. But at times I feel like a loser. Period. I'm not taking classes, not working part time, just being Mom. Right when I start to beat myself up, reality kicks in. (Aaron doesn't give me a hard time about staying home. He is happy that I can.) I am getting to spend every day with my precious baby!!!! And in 2 1/2 years she will be in Pre-K!! Oh my! When I think about that, I am so happy to be home with her. A Mother's love for her child is so special and so strong. I can get my routine back later. I can get my schooling later and I can get a J.O.B. later!! I love you my Brynn Harper and I can't wait to spend the day with you tomorrow. :)

Brynn and Aaron at the park for the Easter egg hunt. Brynn, Abbi & Ali...Brynn pays attention so well. :)

Brynn getting her teeth checked by Dr. Oliver. :)

Aunt Jimmieanne about to clean Brynn's teeth. Yes, it is recommended to take your child to the dentist 6 months after they get their first tooth. I worked at a Pediatric Dentist office for almost 2 years. It gets children used to going to the dentist and there are numerous things he can detect at an early age.

Brynn Harper

This baby is the most precious person in the world. I have always loved children but didn't realize how much I could love, until I had her. Thank you God for such a blessing. I could just hug and kiss her all day. :)

My precious baby girl is growing up so quickly. I have not worked in a month and I am having a blast with Brynn Harper. :) Her Granny took this picture and I just love it. If mom could get her hands on a really good camera, I don't know what I would do with her. We would have a gazillion pictures!! :)

Granny (my mom), Lainee, Jaxon, Brynn & myself went to the zoo a few weeks ago. We also played at the playground and Brynn loved this slide. I will have more pictures from this day when my mom gets them to me... ;)

January 7, 2007

I had to post this!!! Jenn sent it to me via email. Hope everyone has a great week! :)

The Purina Diet
I was in Wal-Mart buying a large bag of Purina dog chow and was in line to check out. A woman behind me asked if I had a dog........ Duh! I was feeling a bit crabby so on impulse, I told her no, I was starting The Purina Diet again, although I probably shouldn't because I ended up in the hospital last time, but that I'd lost 50 pounds before I Awakened in an intensive care unit with tubes coming out of most of my orifices and IV's in both arms. Her eyes about bugged out of her head. I went on and on with the bogus diet story and she was totally buying it.
I told her that it was an easy, inexpensive diet and that the way it works is to load your pockets or purse with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry. The package said the food is nutritionally complete so I was going to try it again. I have to mention here that practically everyone in the line was by now enthralled with my story, particularly a tall guy behind her. Horrified, she asked if something in the dog food had poisoned me and was that why I ended up in the hospital. I said no.....I'd been sitting in the street licking my butt when a car hit me. I thought the tall guy was going to have to be carried out the door.
